Arayas guarantees
Everything we promise when you buy, in one place and in plain words.
Your key right after payment
Usually within a minute. If more than 5 minutes have passed, message support with your order number: we will issue the key by hand or refund you.
Our mistake — a 100% refund
A double charge, an undelivered key or the wrong product — we will refund you or issue the right key.
The cheat will not launch on a supported setup
Support will check the launch together with you. If the developer confirms a fault, we will replace the key or refund you.
What we do not cover
- An account ban — any cheat carries that risk.
- A PC that does not meet the system requirements.
- Buying the wrong game or the wrong period.
