Why are prices so different — one cheat is $3, another is $30?

Three things drive it:

1. Anti-cheat difficulty. Valorant / EFT — anti-cheat is harsh, development is expensive, support is continuous. Dota / CS:GO (legacy) — simpler, cheaper.

2. Subscription length. Daily — cheaper per day but more expensive in total. Monthly is better value.

3. Feature set. A simple ESP/wallhack costs less than a full-featured cheat with aim-assist, visuals, radar, loot-ESP, and config presets for different playstyles.

How do I know the cheat actually works and isn't a scam?

Accepted Answer

Every cheat has a status on its card: Working / Updating / Detected. A red status automatically disables purchase. We don't hide problems — losing a sale honestly beats a refund plus a rep hit.

I'm on a laptop / old GPU — will it run?

Accepted Answer

System requirements are on every product page. Read them before paying, not after. "It didn't work for me" is not grounds for a refund.

Is there a demo or trial?

Accepted Answer

No. Any trial leaks online fast and burns the signatures — that breaks the cheat for everyone else. But the shortest subscription on most cheats is 1 day for $1–5. That's your trial.

MIR, Visa, Mastercard, SBP, YooMoney, QIWI, PayPal, BTC, USDT TRC-20. The live list is always visible in the cart — if something is temporarily disabled, it just won't appear.

1. Check the Spam folder and your account — the key is always duplicated in your profile.

2. If it's been more than 5 minutes — contact support with your order number and amount. We'll sort it within 10 minutes: either deliver the key manually, or initiate a refund via the processor.

Can I pay with someone else's card / for a friend?

Technically yes. But if the friend later calls their bank with "I didn't buy this" — the account gets blocked and the dispute drags on. Don't recommend it.

It's not us — it's the blockchain. BTC waits for network confirmations (10–60 minutes). USDT TRC-20 is faster — 1–3 minutes.

1. Download the checker from /driver and run the system tune
2. Turn off the antivirus and Windows Defender
3. Run the loader as administrator

Normal. Any software that touches game memory gets flagged as malware. Turn off protection before running the loader, and add the folder to exclusions. /driver has a checker that does it in two clicks.

Top 4 causes:

1. Wrong menu hotkey (usually INSERT or END — check the guide).
2. Wrong window mode (some cheats only work in "Fullscreen windowed").
3. Wrong launch order: loader FIRST, then the game. Not the other way around.
4. Outdated loader — pull a fresh one from your account after every update.

The game updated, the cheat broke. For how long?

Usually an hour to a day. Rarely a week, if the anti-cheat got a major update. The whole time, paying customers have their subscription frozen — days don't burn.

It works for my friend but not for me. Why?

Top 3:

1. He has antivirus off, you don't.
2. He runs vanilla Windows, you're on a custom build.
3. He runs as admin, you don't.

Check in that order. Still broken — remote session and diagnostics.

What is HWID-reset?

Accepted Answer

Resetting the key's bind to specific hardware. Switched the PC / reinstalled Windows — the key thinks you're on another device and won't launch. So you reset the bind and re-link to the new HWID.

For "Samurai" rank and above — one free reset per month via your account. For everyone else — through support, usually paid or case-by-case.

Am I going to get banned?

There's always risk. We do what we can (anti-cheat bypasses, HWID spoofer, guides) — but nobody gives you 0 %. Anyone promising 100 % safety is lying, don't fall for it.

What are HWID / HWID-ban / HWID-spoofer?

• HWID — a unique fingerprint of your PC hardware.
• HWID-ban — the game bans the hardware, not the account. New account = still banned.
• HWID-spoofer — swaps the fingerprint. For EFT, Rust, Valorant without it — one ban and the PC is blacklisted forever. Bought separately or included as a rank perk.

How do I lower the ban risk?

1. Don't wallbang point-blank. Don't move like a bot.
2. Don't post screenshots with the cheat visible on public servers.
3. Use the spoofer where it's needed.
4. Don't run the cheat alongside overlays, "FPS boosters", or any untrusted software.

Basically, act like a normal player — just with better aim.

I live in a country where using cheats is illegal. So what?

Legally, we sell software. Using cheats in online games violates the game's own terms almost everywhere — that's your risk, not ours. You handle local laws yourself.

Do you refund?

We're a store, not a developer. Refunds apply in two cases:

1. Our mistake (double charge, key not delivered, wrong item delivered) — 100 %, fast.

2. Issue on the cheat developer's side: all your system requirements are met but the cheat still doesn't work → support diagnoses it, passes it to the developer, and if they admit fault — we request the refund from them and return the money to you.

In every other case — no.

Yes, usually up to a combined cap of 20 %. In special cases (sales, personal goodwill) an admin may allow more — their call. Exclusive promo codes replace the rank discount (stated on the code itself).

How does "refer a friend" work?

Accepted Answer

Your account has a personal link and promo code. A friend clicks the link and buys any cheat → they get a discount on their first purchase + you get a bonus on your internal balance. Balance is spent as a discount on your future purchases (not withdrawn as cash).
