Check that the loader is running and shows «Connected», the key is entered, you are already in a raid and ~30 seconds have passed. The nickname must match your in-game character name exactly — it is the character nickname, not the account login. The map is empty in the main menu, that is normal.

Escape From Tarkov is protected by BattlEye and ban decisions are made by Battlestate Games, including from reports and manual review. The radar is a tool with a clear risk profile, not a safety guarantee. Do not sweep every expensive loot spot in plain sight, and keep the map on a separate device if you stream.
