Installation Steps
Identify model and revision
Before connecting, photograph the board/device markings and ports. The tool and firmware must exactly match the model, chip, and revision.
Download the current loader
Download and setup page: https://github.com/ufrisk/pcileech-fpga/tree/master/CaptainDMA Use only this verified source for the current product build. If it opens a portal or channel, choose the newest file/build carrying the product name.
Prepare the second PC
Download and extract the tools only on the second PC. Install the required USB/FTDI/CH347 driver from the verified package, then restart the second PC.
Connect the device
Shut down the gaming PC. Install the DMA card or connect the Fuser/KmBox according to the manufacturer diagram. Connect the Data port to the second PC using a quality USB 3.x cable; use the Update port only for flashing.
Flash only a compatible file
Run the utility as administrator, select the exact model/chip and a compatible BIN/BIT file. Do not power off or disconnect until Success appears.
Verify detection
After reboot, open Device Manager/the test utility on the second PC. The device must be detected without errors and the read test must finish without Bad Test or timeouts.
Troubleshooting

Confirm that the file came from this guide. Open Windows Protection History, restore only this file, and exclude the dedicated product folder. Do not disable protection for the entire drive.
Check keyboard layout, spaces, and key validity, disable VPN during activation, and restart the loader as administrator. For an HWID reset, send the invoice ID and a screenshot to Arayas support on the website.
Restart the PC, extract the archive to a short ASCII-only path, install current Visual C++ Runtime and .NET Desktop Runtime, then run it as administrator again.
Check the product status on Arayas. If it is Updating, do not run an old build; wait for a working status and download the current version from the link in the download step.
