Requirements
Installation Steps
Check status and requirements
Open the purchased product page on Arayas and confirm that its status allows launch. Check the Windows version, game client, CPU, and GPU. If it is Updating or Outdated, wait for a working status.
Prepare the system
Close all games and third-party anti-cheats. ACE does not need to be removed for ABI Chams or Delta Force Chams. Install Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and DirectX: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
Download the current Phoenix Loader
Download the loader only from the verified Phoenix folder: https://mega.nz/folder/e5xX0Dwb#V0yFv-QAzbjaKoOOM7bzyQ Do not use files from third-party chats or mirrors.
Run the loader and activate the key
Make sure all games are closed. Run the loader as administrator, paste the key into Key, and click Continue. After authorization, check the subscription expiration date and product status.
Select the product
Open Game, select the purchased product, and click Launch. Wait for Wait for the game process before starting the game. Injection is automatic.
Open the menu
For standard Phoenix products, use Insert to open or close the menu. ABI Chams and Delta Force Chams have no menu; their features work automatically. When launching ABI Chams, choose mode 1 or 2 in the console and press Enter.
Launch Spoofer separately
When using Spoofer with Phoenix, first run the loader as administrator, choose Spoofer under Game, and click Launch. Use full trace cleanup (Yes) only after a ban; choose No for regular spoofing. After successful spoofing, reopen the loader and launch the purchased product.
Verify the result
For Spoofer, compare Device Information before and after spoofing. If ESP is misaligned, set Windows scaling to 100% and use the same resolution in Windows and the game. Synchronize the Windows clock.
Get help on Arayas
If the issue remains, open a ticket or support chat on the Arayas website. Attach the order number, product name, Windows version, error screenshot, and Device Information screenshot. Third-party support contacts are not used for purchase or installation help.

Troubleshooting
Restart the PC, close games and conflicting anti-cheats, install Visual C++ x64 and DirectX, synchronize Windows time, and retry as administrator.
Remove spaces before and after the key, confirm the plan, and retry through Activate Key. If it fails again, send a screenshot and order number to Arayas support.
Check product status, keep the game closed before launching the loader, and confirm the correct product under Game. Then restart the loader as administrator.
Set Windows display scaling to 100%, use the same resolution in Windows and the game, and try borderless windowed mode.
These products have no menu. Use Game → Launch, wait for Wait for the game process, then start the game. For ABI, select mode 1 or 2 in the console.
Contact support on the Arayas website and attach your order details and diagnostics. The Phoenix folder link is only a way to get the loader — it is not a store support channel.
