Before launching MEDUSA LITE for Escape From Tarkov, follow the developer's current system preparation guide: http://81.177.6.111/mrx/instruction.html On Windows 11, review the Core Isolation requirement and reboot after any change. The former win11_driver_OFF.reg file is no longer available, so use only the current steps on the developer page.

Warning

Without fully disabling protection the loader will close immediately after inject.

Important

The loader is unsigned, SmartScreen and AV will flag it — normal for private cheats.

1. Run the loader as administrator (right-click → 'Run as administrator'). 2. Copy the seller key into the license key field. 3. Click activate and wait for the success notification. 4. After activation you'll be redirected to the inject page — click inject. 5. Wait for cheat initialization to complete. 6. The window preparing mapper... will appear.

1. When awaiting game window appears — launch the BSG launcher and Escape From Tarkov AS ADMINISTRATOR. 2. Wait for the EFT main menu. 3. Wait 15 seconds. 4. Press ENTER — the cheat activates.

If you encounter problems: - Loader crashes on startup — restart, reinstall, reboot Windows. - unexpected error / failure connect — check Internet, use a CIS-region VPN (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia). Ukraine users must use VPN — servers are blocked there. - Loader closes after inject — disable all protection, run cmd as admin: sc stop faceit sc stop vgc sc stop vgk

Tip

Cheat menu opens with ENTER in the EFT main menu after 15 seconds.
