Before launching MEDUSA LITE for DayZ, follow the developer's current system preparation guide: http://81.177.6.111/mrx/instruction.html On Windows 11, review the Core Isolation requirement and reboot after any change. The former win11_driver_OFF.reg file is no longer available, so use only the current steps on the developer page.

Warning

Windows Defender blocks the MEDUSA driver. Without fully disabling protection the cheat will not run.

Important

Unsigned loader — SmartScreen will warn, click 'More info → Run anyway'.

1. Run the loader as administrator. 2. Paste the seller key into the license key field. 3. Click activate and wait for success notification. 4. The inject page opens — click inject. 5. Wait for cheat initialization to finish. 6. Window preparing mapper... appears.

1. When awaiting game window appears — launch the Steam launcher and DayZ AS ADMINISTRATOR. 2. Wait for the DayZ main menu. 3. Wait 15 seconds. 4. Press ENTER — cheat is active.

- Loader crashes on startup — restart, reinstall, reboot Windows. - unexpected error / failure connect — check Internet, use CIS VPN (Kazakhstan/Belarus/Russia). Ukraine users must use VPN. - Loader closes after inject — disable all protection; in admin cmd: sc stop faceit sc stop vgc sc stop vgk

Tip

Activate the cheat after 15s in the DayZ main menu by pressing ENTER.
